Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 8 June 2010, which
was granted under those Regulations to Roseanne Saluni
in respect of Kindercare Learning Centres Downtown (20364), situated at 23 Albert Street, Auckland Central, Auckland.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
