as a member, pursuant to section 28(1)(b) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, and as chairperson, pursuant to section 6(2) of the Takeovers Act 1993, for a term commencing on 8 March 2011 and expiring on 30 September 2012; and
Colin Glenn Giffney, of Auckland
as a member, pursuant to section 28(1)(b) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, and as deputy chairperson, pursuant
to section 6(2) of the Takeovers Act 1993, for a term commencing on 25 September 2011 and expiring on
30 September 2012; and appointed
Simon Michael Horner, of Auckland
Roger Frederick Wallis, of Auckland
as members, pursuant to section 28(1)(b) of the Crown Entities Act 2004 and section 6(3) of the Takeovers Act 1993, for terms of five years commencing on 1 February 2011 and expiring on 31 January 2016.
