Pursuant to section 78N(2) of the Education Act 1989,
I hereby amend the notice of Appointment of a Commissioner for Rai Valley Area School (as published
in the Supplement to the New Zealand Gazette, 11 March 2011, No. 27, page 789) and appoint
Beverley Moore
as commissioner.
All functions, powers and duties of the board of Rai Valley Area School are vested in the commissioner.
This notice takes effect on 22 July 2011.
