In the notice with the above heading, dated the 2nd day
of March 2011 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 10 March 2011, No. 26, page 766, in clause 4 please replace the reference to:
"Fisheries (Kaimoana Customary Fishing) Regulations 1998"
with
"Fisheries (South Island Customary Fishing) Regulations 1999"
