The description of the mortgaged land is an estate in fee simple in all that parcel of land containing 600 square metres, more or less, being Lot 1 DP 391136, being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title 365822 (South Auckland Land Registry) and being the property also known as 4 Tauhara Drive, Queenwood, Hamilton.
