Take notice that on 23 November 2011, Pepper
New Zealand (Custodians) Limited (the "mortgagee" under the mortgage), by virtue of memorandum of mortgage 6993855.2 (Gisborne Land Registry), entered into possession of the property situated at 8B Buchanan Street, Gisborne, being all the land comprised in certificate of title GS4D/296.
The New Zealand office of Pepper New Zealand (Custodians) Limited is 45 Queen Street, Auckland.
