On 13 October 2011, FM Custodians Limited, by virtue of memorandum of mortgage 7715355.1 (Wellington Land Registry) and pursuant to subpart 6 of the Property Law Act 2007, first entered into possession of the property situated at Units 6-55, 6-56, 6-57, 6-58, 6A-98, 6A-99 and 6A-100 at 72 Tory Street, Te Aro, Wellington, being the property comprised and described in certificates of title 381368, 381369, 381370, 381371, 381395, 381396 and 381397.
