On 21 June 2011, FM Custodians Limited, by virtue of memorandum of mortgage 7715355.1 (Wellington Land Registry) and pursuant to subpart 6 of the Property Law Act 2007, first entered into possession of the property situated at Units 5A-100 and 5A-101 at 72 Tory Street, Te Aro, Wellington, being the property comprised and described in certificates of title 381332 and 381333.
