Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Property

In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007, and in the matter of mortgage instrument 7574498.3 (Wellington Land Registry) ("the mortgage"):
1. On 20 October 2011, Asteron Trust Services Limited ("the mortgagee"), pursuant to mortgage 7574498.3 (Wellington Land Registry), entered into the mortgaged property.
2.
