TEA Custodians (Bluestone) Limited ("the mortgagee" under the mortgage) hereby gives notice that it has entered into possession of the mortgaged land described below with effect from 22 December 2010.
The description of the mortgaged land is firstly, a fee
simple estate as to a half-share in 860 square metres,
being Lot 1 DP 40844 and secondly, a leasehold
interest being Flat 1 DP 141017 contained in Lease Instrument LC213594.1 and being the property known as 1/22 Waimumu Road, Massey, Auckland.
