On 7 June 2011, FM Custodians Limited, by virtue of memorandum of mortgage 5837540.2 (Wellington Land Registry) and pursuant to subpart 6 of the Property Law Act 2007, first entered into possession of the property situated at Unit 31 and Accessory Units 40, 68, 73-74, 76, 80-81 and 1/2 share of Accessory Unit 79 at the corner of Tory Street and Courtenay Place, Wellington, being the property comprised and described in certificate of title 279600.
