Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Land

In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act
2007, and in the matter of mortgages B716475.4, B738372.2 and 5375782.3 (Wellington Land Registry), Identifier WN53C/347 ("the mortgages"), and in the matter of Daytona Developments Limited:
Phildagap Limited ("the mortgagee" under the mortgages) hereby gives notice that it has entered into possession of
the mortgaged land described below with effect from 9 June 2011.
The description of the mortgaged land is a stratrum in freehold comprising 225 square metres, more or less, and having legal description Unit H, DP 85760, and being
all that land comprised and described and identified in WN53C/347, being the property known as 6H Halleys Lane, Te Aro, Wellington.
