Take notice that on 18 July 2011, GE Custodians, by virtue of memorandum of mortgage 7031603.2 (North Auckland Land Registry), entered into possession of the property situated at 213 Port Marsden Highway, Ruakaka, being all the land comprised in certificate of title 103A/167.
The registered office of GE Custodians is 8 Tangihua Street, Auckland.
