Notice of Application for an Order of Early Discharge
of Bankruptcy
This document notifies you that, pursuant to High Court Rules 2008 Rule 24.37(b):
1. On 17 November 2011 at 10.00am, an application
by Wright, Paul Michael for early discharge of bankruptcy will be heard by the High Court at
Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2010-485-13 Hertz New Zealand Limited v Wright, Paul Michael and is made pursuant to section 294 of the Insolvency Act 2006.
2. A creditor who wants to oppose the application must comply with section 297(1) of the Insolvency Act 1996 and must file and serve notice of that intended opposition on the official assignee and the bankrupt ("the applicant") by 1.00pm on the day before the applicant’s application for discharge.
3. The application, affidavit in support and assignee’s report filed under section 296 of the Insolvency Act 2006 may be inspected at the registry of the Court or at the applicant’s address for service.
