This document notifies you that:
1. On 21 September 2011, an application for putting DANNEVIRKE ACCOMMODATION CENTRE LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High
Court at Palmerston North. Its reference number is
CIV-2011-454-660. The application is to be heard by
the High Court at Palmerston North on 17 November 2011 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the Court or at the plaintiff’s address for service.
4. The plaintiff is the New Zealand Fire Service Commission, whose address for service is at the
offices of DLA Phillips Fox, Tower Building, 50-64 Customhouse Quay, Wellington 6011. The plaintiff’s solicitor is Stephen Francis Quinn, whose address is
as noted above.
