This document notifies you that:
1. On 18 November 2010, an application for putting WAIHAU BAY HOLDINGS LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Rotorua.
Its reference number is CIV-2010-463-817. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Rotorua on 14 February 2011 at 10.45am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the Court or at the plaintiff’s address for service.
4. The plaintiff is Featherstone Park Developments Limited (in receivership and in liquidation), whose address for service is care of Alexander Dorrington Lawyers, Level 8, Forsyth Barr Tower, 55-65 Shortland Street, Auckland 1010.
