This document notifies you that:
1. On Thursday 9 December 2010, an application for putting MILKA-WARE DARGAVILLE LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Whangarei. Its reference number is CIV-2010-488-793. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Whangarei on Monday 21 February 2011 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the Court or at the plaintiff’s address for service.
4. The plaintiff is Club 21 Trust Company Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of cogswell+jaduram Lawyers, Level 8, Wyndham Towers, 38 Wyndham Street, Auckland. Documents for service on the plaintiff may be left at that address for service or may be:
