This document notifies you that:
1. On 8 April 2011, an application for putting URBAN GREEN LIMITED into liquidation was filed in
the High Court at Rotorua. Its reference number is
CIV-2011-463-222. The application is to be heard by
the High Court at Rotorua on 7 June 2011 at 10.45am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
