Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
The Companies Act 1993
On 4 November 2011, it was resolved by special resolutions, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that the companies be liquidated and that William Guy Black and Kerryn Mark Downey, chartered accountants of Auckland, be appointed jointly and severally as liquidators on the date and times below:

SPITFIRE INVESTMENTS LIMITED at 9.30am.
RANK GROUP CAPITAL HOLDINGS LIMITED at 9.30am.
METEOR FINANCE LIMITED at 9.40am.
RANK INTERNATIONAL LIMITED at 9.45am.
REYNOLDS CONSUMER PRODUCTS (NZ) LIMITED at 9.50am.
CLOSURE SYSTEMS INTERNATIONAL (NZ) LIMITED at 9.52am.
CARTER HOLT HARVEY COASTAL PROPERTY LIMITED at 9.55am.
The directors have resolved that each company will be able to pay its debts.
Pursuant to section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993,
a copy of each resolution has been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned, the liquidator
of the above-named companies which are being liquidated, does hereby fix 5 December 2011 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before claims are made or excluded from objecting to any distribution made before the priority of their claim is established.
