On 12 July 2011 at 10.40am, the shareholders of RENOVATIONS AND EXTENSIONS DUNEDIN LIMITED passed a special resolution putting the company into liquidation and appointed Trevor Edwin Laing as liquidator of the company.
Creditors should file claims by 10 August 2011.
