Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
On 20 April 2011 at 9.05am, in accordance with section
241 of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the
above-named company, by special resolution, appointed Simon Dalton, chartered certified accountant, and John Maurice Leonard, chartered accountant, both of Auckland, as liquidators of the above-named company.
The directors have resolved that the company will be able to pay its debts.
Pursuant to section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993,
a copy of the resolution has been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
