Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 31 December 2010, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that PETER COCKS (2005) LIMITED be liquidated and that Anne Lynette Marett, chartered accountant of Ashburton, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The voluntary liquidation commenced on 31 December 2010.
