Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 28 February 2011, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that NEVILLE JOHNSON FINANCIAL SERVICES LIMITED be liquidated and that Garth Frank Barlow, chartered accountant, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 28 February 2011 at 9.00am.
