Notice of Appointment of Replacement Liquidators and Notice to Creditors to Claim
Jeremy Michael Morley and John Howard Ross Fisk, chartered accountants of Wellington, were appointed joint and several liquidators of KL DECORATORS LIMITED in place of David Hercus on 28 February 2011 at 8.02am.
The liquidation commenced on 9 December 2010 by
a special resolution of shareholders pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
We fix 1 April 2011 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
