Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on 4 February 2011 at 10.00am, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act
1993, that HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT LIMITED be liquidated and that Gregory Charles Chatfield and Glynis Eleanor Buxton, both chartered accountants of Auckland, be appointed joint and several liquidators for the purpose.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator has fixed 18 March 2011 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-named company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
