Notice is hereby given that Victoria Toon, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed as sole liquidator of DRAINAGE & CIVIL LIMITED by the Auckland High Court, pursuant to section 246 of the Companies Act 1993, on 18 February 2011 at 10.33am.
I fix 7 April 2011 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
