Rhys James Cain and Malcolm Grant Hollis, chartered accountants of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several liquidators of RECREATE WELLNESS LIMITED by the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 18 February 2011 at 2.20pm.
We fix Friday 25 March 2011 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
