Notice to Creditors to Claim
John Howard Ross Fisk, of Wellington, and Tony Pattison, of Napier, both chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of ROBINSON HORTICULTURE LIMITED by the High Court, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 17 February 2011 at 10.25am.
We fix 8 March 2011 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
