Notice is hereby given that the watershed meeting of
the creditors of the company will be held on Wednesday
17 February 2010 at 10.30am, at North Harbour Stadium, ASB North Room, Stadium Drive, Albany, Auckland.
Registration for all creditors will open at 10.00am, with the meeting commencing at 10.30am.
Agenda
The purpose of the meeting is:
1. To review the administrators' report in connection with the business, property, affairs and financial circumstances of the company; and
2. For the creditors of the company to resolve that the:
(a) administration end; or
(b) company be placed into liquidation; or
(c) vote for the proposed deed of company arrangement (DOCA).
3. Any other business properly brought before the meeting.
Administrators' Report
Pursuant to section 239AU of the Companies Act 1993
(as amended), the administrators' report has been sent to all known creditors. This includes:
1. The administrators' comments on the business, property, affairs and financial circumstances of the company.
