The applicant claims the right of way easement is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below.
I intend to remove the right of way easement on 15 June 2010 if no objections have been received before that date.

Easement: Right of way over Lot 9 DP 182264, comprised in Computer Freehold Register NA113B/961; marked "A" on DP 89737 specified in easement certificate B068375.2 registered on 25 May 1982.
Circumstances: Part of the dominant land has become physically separated from the servient land as a result of subdivision.
