The applicant described below has applied, under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the removal of a party wall easement.
The applicant claims the party wall easement is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below.
I intend to remove the party wall easement on 17 May 2010 if no objections have been received before that date.

Easement: Party wall right over part marked "party wall" on DP 4938 created by transfer 108612 on 7 September 1955.
Circumstances: Part of the dominant land has become physically separated from the servient land as a result of subdivision.
