Pursuant to section 338(2) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation, to be included in
the Maori reservation known as Wharawhara No 8 (Meeting House) Maori Reservation for the purpose of a marae for
the common use and benefit of Whanau a Ru Taia Hapu in particular and Te Whanau a Apanui in general.
