Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Trevor Knowles, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in the Queenstown Lakes District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116, 117 and 120, declares the road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and when stopped, Sections 23, 27, 29 and 37, SO 328674 and Section 4, SO 416447, being amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register OT16B/393, subject to Mortgage 949424.2, Sections 12 and 14, SO 416447, being amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 143667, subject to Mortgage 6245221.1, Sections 16, 17 and 19, SO 416447 being amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register OT9A/1371 and Sections 25 and 27, SO 416447, being amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register OT18A/165, subject to Mortgage 6588998.8 and Caveat 8078664.2.
