Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Acting Conservation Support Manager for the Wellington Hawke’s Bay Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby changes the classification of the reserves described in the Schedule from recreation reserve to scenic reserves for
the purposes specified in section 19(1)(b) of the Reserves Act 1977, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
