Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Trevor Knowles, Land Information New Zealand, declares, pursuant to section 116, the portions of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Schedule to this notice are stopped and, pursuant to section 52, set apart for National Park Purposes and shall remain vested in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
