Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservator for the
West Coast Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the appointment of the Boy Scout County of Canterbury Trust Board to control and manage the local purpose (for Scout hall purposes) reserve described in the Schedule, and changes the classification of the reserve described in the Schedule from a local purpose (for Scout hall purposes) reserve to a local purpose (community buildings) reserve.
Furthermore, under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservator for the West Coast Conservancy of the Department of Conservation appoints Reefton Baptist Church to control and manage the local purpose (community buildings) reserve (term expires 30 July 2017).
