Under the Conservation Act 1987, the Acting Conservator, West Coast Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, by reason of an error made in the notice described subsequently, hereby amends the notice Declaring Conservation Land to be a Reserve dated the 21st day
of July 2010 and published in the New Zealand Gazette,
5 August 2010, No. 95, page 2533, and issues the following notice as an amended notice in its place.
Declaring Conservation Land to be a Reserve
Under the Conservation Act 1987, the Acting Conservator, West Coast Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, declares that the conservation area described in the Schedule shall be set apart as a reserve and classified as a scenic reserve, subject to the provisions of the Reserves Act.
