Pursuant to section 338(1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of preserving the fauna and flora and for recreational use, and is to be known as Te Onepu for the common use and benefit of the owners of Taikarawa Part A and their descendants.
