Pursuant to section 116 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information,
R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portions of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and further declares:
(a) Pursuant to section 117(6), shall be incorporated into the adjoining lease contained in Computer Interest Register OT338/82, subject to mortgage 774395; and
(b) Pursuant to section 117(7), shall be added with the adjoining land contained in Computer Freehold Register OT223/10
on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
