23 July 2010, the New Zealand Lawyers and Conveyancers Disciplinary Tribunal ordered that:
Pursuant to section 242(1)(c) of the Lawyers and Conveyancers Act 2006, there will be an order suspending Christopher Patrick Comeskey from practice as a barrister or solicitor for a period of nine months, from 23 July 2010.
