In the matter of the Lawyers and Conveyancers Act 2006 and the Trans-Tasman Mutual Recognition Act 1997:
Pursuant to section 59 of the Lawyers and Conveyancers Act 2006 and section 28(1)(c) of the Trans-Tasman Mutual Recognition Act 1997, the deemed registration of Bradley Ronald Derek Cuff has ceased on the following grounds:
Bradley Ronald Derek Cuff’s Australian practising certificate had lapsed at the time his application
was received by the New Zealand Law Society for a New Zealand practising certificate and therefore his deemed registration has ceased.
