Pursuant to clauses 9(3) and 9(3A) of the Sixth Schedule to the Education Act 1989, and acting with authority delegated by the Minister of Education, I declare invalid the election for the Te Kura Kaupapa Maori o Ngati Kahungunu Ki Heretaunga Board of Trustees, require a new election to
be held on 18 June 2010 and declare that the parent representatives who currently hold office remain in office until the close of the day before the day on which the new trustees take office.
This notice takes effect on the day of notification in the
New Zealand Gazette.
