Pursuant to section 256 of the Lawyers and Conveyancers Act 2006, notice is hereby given that on 26 November 2009, the New Zealand Lawyers and Conveyancers Disciplinary Tribunal ordered that:
Pursuant to section 112(2)(b) of the Law Practitioners Act 1982, there will be an order suspending Finai Faaiu Bernadette Ah-Voa Eteuati from practice as a barrister or solicitor for 12 months from 26 November 2009.
