Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Land

In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007, and in the matter of mortgage 7514556.2 (North Auckland Land Registry), Identifiers 388904, 388905, 388906, 388907, 388908, 388909, 388910, 388911, 388912, 388913, 388914 and 388915 ("the mortgage"):
South Canterbury Finance Limited (formerly Otago Finance Limited) (in receivership) ("the mortgagee" under the mortgage) hereby gives notice that it has entered into possession of the mortgaged land described below with effect from June 2010.
Description of Mortgaged Land: An estate in stratum in freehold in the property situated at Unit 45/18 Dudley Crescent, Cable Bay, Northland, being Unit 45 and Accessory Unit 45 DP 382272 and described in Identifiers 388904, 388905, 388906, 388907, 388908, 388909, 388910, 388911, 388912, 388913, 388914 and 388915 (North Auckland Registry) ("the Land").
