J T Jamieson & Co Limited (as first mortgagee under mortgage 8166905.2) entered into possession of the mortgaged property at 68A School Road, Paihia, on
22 October 2010.
The description of the mortgaged property is:
- an undivided 2/5 share in fee simple in 8592 square metres, more or less, being Lot 2 DP 104763; and
- an estate in leasehold under lease C544993.2 in Flat 1 DP 158388;
both estates being described in Identifier NA95A/233 (North Auckland Land Registry).
