Take notice that the mortgagee under the mortgage gives notice that, pursuant to notice under section 119 of the Property Law Act 2007 previously served on Hemi Alexander Tuahine and Amy Tuahine, it has on Tuesday 14 September 2010 entered into possession of the mortgaged land at 202A Gascoigne Street, Raureka, Hastings, being all that land comprised in Computer Freehold Register HBB1/1198 (Hawke’s Bay Land Registry).
