Take notice that Callaghan Investments Limited has, on 24 August 2010, exercised its power as security holder under Financing Statement FC33M9R287Y2N029 to enter into and take possession of all of the equipment, plant, fittings, fixtures, stock and other chattels which belong
to or are being used in connection with the business of Salon Monique, and intends to exercise its power to sell the collateral.
This notice is published under section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007.
