TEA Custodians (Pacific) Limited ("the mortgagee" under the mortgage) hereby gives notice that it has entered into possession of the mortgaged land described below with effect from 23 July 2010.
The description of the mortgaged land is Apartments 411 and 211, 57 Mahuhu Crescent, Auckland, being all of the land comprised and described in certificates of title 245973 and 245987.
