Notice is hereby given that:
1. FM Custodians Limited, as mortgagee under mortgage 6851878.7 (the "mortgagee" and "mortgage") over
the property located at 6-7, 123 Papanui Road, Christchurch (contained and described in Computer Freehold Registers 237323 and 237324) (Canterbury Land Registry) ("the property"), took possession of the property secured by the mortgage from Carolyn Anne Brereton, William Brereton and Terence John James ("the mortgagor") on 31 March 2010 in accordance
with section 137(1)(a) of the Property Law Act 2007.
2. This notice has been issued for FM Custodians Limited by Jared Vaughan Ormsby, solicitor for the above-named mortgagee, of the firm of Wynn Williams & Co.
3. The address for service of the above-named mortgagee
is at the offices of Wynn Williams & Co, 7th Floor,
BNZ House, 129 Hereford Street, Christchurch.
4. Documents for service on the above-named mortgagee may be left at the address for service or may be:
(a) posted to the solicitor at PO Box 4341, Christchurch 8140; or
(b) left for the solicitor at a document exchange for direction to DX WP 21518, Christchurch.
