Public Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register by Transfer of Incorporation
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 353 of the Companies Act 1993, that ASCENT PHARMACEUTICALS LIMITED, care of the Business Advisory Group Limited, Level 13, 34 Shortland Street, Auckland 1010, intends to apply to the Registrar of Companies, under section 351 of the Companies Act 1993, after 7 October 2010 (being a date not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice) to be removed from the New Zealand Register in connection with the company becoming incorporated under the law of the State of Victoria, Australia.
